Fikri Karadereli ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Dumper mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Automatically Collected Information
- Anonymous Identifier: When you first open the App, a unique anonymous session is created automatically. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
- Device Information: Basic device metadata may be collected for analytics and crash reporting purposes.
1.2 User-Provided Content
- Photos and Videos: When you choose to add media to your Bucket, the selected photos and videos are uploaded to our cloud servers. We only access media that you explicitly select within the App.
- Dump Titles: Any titles you assign to your Dumps are stored alongside your content.
1.3 Subscription Information
- Purchase Data: If you subscribe to Dumper Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store or Google through Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (storing and organizing your media).
- Manage your subscription status.
- Improve the App's performance and user experience.
- Manage subscription access and enforce premium usage limits.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Your media files and associated data are stored on Cloudflare R2 and Cloudflare D1 infrastructure, secured with user-scoped access controls enforced at the API layer.
- All data transmission between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Anonymous session tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or media content with third parties, except:
- Service Providers: We use Cloudflare for data storage and RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers process data solely on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
- Your data is retained as long as the App is installed on your device and your anonymous session remains active.
- If you delete the App, your anonymous session cannot be recovered. Data associated with inactive anonymous accounts may be deleted after an extended period of inactivity.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your data: You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us at the email address below.
- Access your data: You can request a copy of the data we store about you.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
