Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Dumper mobile application ("App") operated by Fikri Karadereli ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dumper is a media organization tool that allows users to collect photos and videos from their device gallery into monthly collections ("Buckets") and create curated selections ("Dumps") for sharing on social media.

3. User Accounts

• The App uses anonymous authentication. No registration with personal credentials is required.
• A unique anonymous session is created per device installation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. If the App is uninstalled, your anonymous session and access to your data may be permanently lost.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Access

The App requires a Dumper Premium subscription to upload media and create Dumps. Non-subscribers can browse the App but cannot access core features.

4.2 Dumper Premium

• Premium subscriptions enable access to core features: up to 100 media assets per month and unlimited Dumps.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store (iOS) or your Google account via Google Play (Android).
• Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.

4.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play Store settings (Android).
• No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, in accordance with Apple's and Google's refund policies.

4.4 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and videos you upload to the App. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

5.2 License

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains illegal, harmful, or objectionable material.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
• Circumvent any usage limits or security measures.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Fikri Karadereli and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any defects will be corrected.
• The App will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
